UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT), the authorised distributor of Toyota vehicles in Malaysia, launched a brand new Toyota Yaris in Tiffin Warehouse, Gasket Alley.
Toyota Yaris is the second model by the Japanese car maker that assembled in Malaysia’s very own assembly plant in Bukit Raja, following the latest version of Toyota Vios. Made for adventure seekers, Toyota Yaris boasts a sporty appearance accentuated by smooth lines and striking colours, as well as a hatchback.
The design of the latest model centres around the needs of current digital savvy society and has all the specifications you would expect from a leading global car maker. For a hassle-free and safe and sound driving experience, the car is installed with seven SRS airbags, panoramic view monitor, blind spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert, hill-start assist control and front digital video recorder. It also comprises a 6.8-inch capacitive screen with DVD-AVX and USB mirroring.
During the launch, Toyota also announced Janna Nick as the brand ambassador for the model as she embodies the qualities of Toyota Yaris: goal driven, active and daring. Available in three variants – Yaris 1.5G, Yaris 1.5E and Yaris 1.5J, it comes in five colour options including the signature Citrus Mica Metallic, Super White II, Red Mica Metallic, Attitude Black and Silver Metallic, with price starting from RM70,888.
