Two months has gone past since the appointment of Anthony Vaccarello at Saint Laurent as its new creative director and now, the brand has made its first move by teasing a new campaign for Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello.
Ever since the surprising reboot of its Instagram account, where all pre-Vaccarello images and videos were deleted, the @YSL account has been dormant with minimal activity till last weekend where three videos has been posted to tease us of a new campaign.
Dubbed “YSL01”, the new campaign that is set to launch digitally later today marks the new beginning of Saint Laurent under the hands of Vaccarello.
So far, all we know is that Vaccarello has engaged fifteen new faces to be shot by American artist Collier Schorr for this new campaign, along with videos directed by Nathalie Canguihem.
To everyone’s surprise, the models in these teaser videos and images are wearing little to no clothes (unless you count that one black bandeau top).
So, all we can do now is wait for the official release to see what’s this new campaign all about.
