A catering concept that initially conceived for the AirAsia flights, it is now turned into a potential business with the landing of its first flagship restaurant at Mid Valley Megamall. Named after “coconut milk”, Santan serves Malaysia’s beloved specialities the likes of Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak with Ayam Rendang and Nasi Padang with Beef Rendang.

Char Line Asado + Bar
Inspired by the tradition of Uruguay, the eatery founded by Char Line whips out succulent steaks that will live up to the expectations of any western cuisine fans. For this pandemic period, the restaurant puts together some tasty dishes like Cherry Tomato Linguine with Wild Rocket and Pan Seared Snapper Nicoise Salad. They also have uncooked sets which you can try cooking at home. The restaurant has recently donated its surplus foods to The Lost Food Project.
