Who says workwear cannot be fashionable? The new collaborative capsule collection between Timberland Pro and N.Hoolywood proves that workwear can be both functional and stylish, hence defining the term utilitarian aesthetic.
The capsule collection will see the teaming up between Timberland Pro, a special line catered to real workers, and N.Hoolywood, a Japanese label founded by Daisuke Obana. Breaking the perception of a workwear by injecting modern elements like trendy hues and oversized fitting, as well as exceptional craftsmanship and textile employment, the collaboration gave birth to a minimal collection that is perfect for men who want to head to work in style.
The capsule collection comprises 10 items including apparel, footwear and accessories namely worker shirt jacket, zip hoodie, long-sleeve pocket tee, short-sleeve pocket tee, worker pants, dungaree, beanie and belt.
Of course, Timberland will never miss out what gained them traction – footwear. The collection will also include the enhanced 6-inch Direct Attach Soft Toe boots and Disruptor Soft Toe Chukka boots.
Made with premium waterproof leather and attached soft toe, both of the footwear from the capsule collection are endowed with oil-resistant outsole and Timberland Pro 24/7 Comfort Suspension. As for colours, the 6-inch Direct Attach Soft Toe boots come in Wheat Nubuck and Black Smooth leather; the Discruptor Soft Toe Chukka boots come in Wheat Nubuck and Grey Nubuck.
The Timberland Pro x N.Hoolywood capsule collection will be available on 17 November 2018 at Isetan The Japan Store Kuala Lumpur. Make sure you act fast as it is available in extremely limited pieces.
