It’s the most wonderful time of the year – and by that, we mean the Met Gala that is happening tomorrow!

Centreing on American designers who have greatly impacted the fashion industry and history, the theme for Met Gala this year is “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion”. For the first time in history, the exhibition will be split into two parts: Part One, “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion,” debuting at the Anna Wintour Costume Center on September 18, 2021 and Part Two, “In America: An Anthology of Fashion,” which will open on May 5, 2022.

Capturing the full scope of fashion, the event will be hosted by actor Timothee Chalamet, American poet Amanda Gorman, singer Billie Eilish and tennis star Naomi Osaka. Anna Wintour, Tom Ford and Instagram head are the event’s honorary chairs. And now it has been confirmed that Rihanna will be hosting the official afterparty.

Ahead of tomorrow, we begin our journey down memory lane and look back on some of our favourite and memorable menswear looks from Met Gala over the years.
