Blue Pongtiwat talks about his favourite song and Prada experience

Prada has recently celebrated the opening of its brand new store at The Exchange TRX. Spanning 431 square meters, the new boutique is the heart of the Prada universe. Upon entry, every guest will be greeted by a magnificent facade decorated with Prada Triangle-like pattern. Like the recent Prada establishments, particularly the Prada Caffè opened in Harrods last year, the interior design calls to mind the Via della Spiga store with its iconic Prada Green paint. Bringing the Prada aesthetic to life, the new Prada store is also decorated with the black and white chequered marble floor and 1950s-inspired furniture.

Apart from its stunning layout, the new boutique also houses a comprehensive selection of both men’s and women’s collections, encompassing ready to wear, leather goods, footwear, and accessories, not to mention the Eternal Gold — Prada’s first fine jewellery collection made of 100% recycled and responsibly sourced gold.

To celebrate the special occasion, Prada has flown in Thai heartthrob Blue Pongtiwat — a rising star who first stepped into the spotlight with his guest role in Krong Kam and gained international recognition when he hosted Food Truck Battle: Season 2, which brought together Thailand’s and South Korea’s promising idols — for this opening. We were privileged to have a quick chat with him about his favourite Prada item, song and unforgettable Prada experience.
