Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week has returned for its 2024 edition, and it was nothing short of impressive. The annual fashion spectacle serves not only as a platform for local designers to showcase their unbridled imagination, but also as a stage for street style where the fashion enthusiasts flaunt their individuality.
The 2024 iteration was no exception. A revival of the 2000s nostalgia, aughts fashion trends like Y2K and office siren dominated the KL streets. On the other end of the spectrum, there was a fashion clique, interpreting the meaning of fashion through their very own lexicon.
