Oppo launched its latest flagship phone models in Bali last 21 November 2024, with creative use of activities to accompany its host of new features that allow users to express their creativity with more ease.
Before the main launch was another pre-launch event, held on 20 November, which saw attendees being ushered to Desa Kitsuné to celebrate an interesting collaboration between the tech powerhouse and lifestyle brand.
Besides demonstrating the capabilities of the phone’s Lightning Snap and Telescopic Zoom through the ‘Find Your Fox’ campaign, the event also showcased the limited edition phone cases which will be available through new Oppo Find X8 purchases (or at select Oppo stores).
These activations also served as a preview for the phone’s top AI capabilities, which enhance the everyday use of phone such as sharpening blurred photos, removing unwanted elements in photos, and zooming in to the subject when standing far away.

The celebrations carried on into 21 November, which marked the official launch in The Meru Sanur, Bali. Here, Oppo held keynote presentations on the latest advancements of the Find X8 series, which not only included the powerful Hasselblad camera, but also the other latest advancements such as ColorOS 15 and longer-lasting battery.

To end the celebrations on a high note, guests were treated to an evening of food and fun at the scenic Locca Sea House. Here, set amidst the unending views of the oceans, were performances from fire dancers, violinists, and musicians, mixed with fun activities as well as the finale of fireworks to mark this momentous day.
The Oppo Find X8 series phones will arrive on Malaysian shores this 30 November 2024, and they will retail at RM3,699 for the Find X8 (16GB+512GB) and RM4,999 for the Find X8 Pro (16GB+512GB) respectively.
