Maison Martell
Maison Martell chimes in on the festivities, albeit with poise and elegance, as they unveil the L’Or de Jean Martell Zodiac Edition – Assemblage du Serpent, the fourth of many exclusive releases to commemorate Lunar New Year. The collection took flight in 2022 with the tiger as its inaugural zodiac and has since welcomed the rabbit and dragon in the preceding years. While the series is focused on the prestigious L’Or de Jean Martell, each edition highlights the qualities of that year’s zodiac animal, envisioned by Martell’s Cellar Master, Christophe Valtaud. A medley of over 1400 eaux-de-vie hailing from four of Cognac’s finest terroirs, Fins Bois, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Grande Champagne, were combined to form the exquisite cognac. To make things more special, Valtaud narrowed the selections to those that fell on previous Years of the Snake that happened once every 12 years (e.g. 2013, 2001, 1989, 1977, 1965).
Hennessy
Hennessy partners with Chinese fashion designer Shuting Qiu for a limited-edition Lunar New Year collection inspired by spring and cultural heritage. The bold designs feature floral motifs and snake-inspired patterns in vibrant colours, adorning iconic bottles like V.S.O.P, X.O, and Paradis. Highlights include sustainable gift boxes with embossed textures and luxurious accents such as golden corks and fabric-inspired details. The collection merges tradition, innovation, and elegance, offering a contemporary homage to Chinese culture.
Glenfiddich
Glenfiddich collaborates with ink artist Zhang Yu for a limited-edition Chinese New Year collection celebrating cultural fusion. The creative concept A Gift for Great Encounters “福鹿双至” inspired by the meeting of Glenfiddich’s stag and the mythical Nine-coloured Deer was brought to life by a blend of Zhang Yu’s traditional Chinese ink wash with vibrant modern techniques. The collection features gift packs of Glenfiddich’s 12, 15, 18, and 21 Year Old whiskies, complete with whisky-nosing glasses. Each design honours the spirit of togetherness, elegance, and the harmonious blending of East and West.

The series includes celebrated wines such as the Grange 2020 and Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 showcasing Penfolds’ mastery of multi-vineyard blending.
