This Spring/ Summer 2017, Italian skiwear label Moncler gets a streetwear touch from Off-White in a collaborative capsule collection named “Moncler O”.
Showered in a no-holds-barred treatment of logo and motifs from both brands – large white stripes and arrow prints, as well as Moncler’s signature logos –, the collection joins in the street style movement that has been taking over fashion this year.
Drawing inspiration from fishermen out in the Arctic Ocean and the North Sea, the puffer jackets, and windbreakers are updated with a street spin, each designed with technical fabrics and details such as glossy PVCs, polyurethane films, reflective heat welded materials and zippers with customised tags.
Our top pick? Hands down, the Moncler Seine bomber in charcoal black nylon, adorned with a silicone Moncler logo on the sleeves and a large laser cut arrow motif on the back yoke in heat-sealed reflective material. Not only stylish, the jacket is weatherproof and high resistant to wear and tear.
