74 years following the first publication of The Little Prince, by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, IWC Schaffhausen has again made a special contribution to supporting the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Youth Foundation.
The manufacturer put the Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar Edition Le Petit Prince for sale as part of an auction held by Sotheby’s Geneva recently.
This extremely attractive wristwatch in 18-carat white gold, which pay homage to author and pilot Antoine de Saint-Exupery, features an annual calendar function with the month, date and day in three separate semi-circular windows.

The unique piece went for CHF38, 000. All the proceeds from the sale will benefit the Antoine de Saint-Exupery Youth Foundation, with whom IWC Schaffhausen has been working closely for many years. The Foundation will use the money to support literacy and educational programmes for children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
