The Independent Swiss brand Hautlence and Cortina Watch recently came together to launch an exclusive HL Vagabonde Cortina Watch edition.
This exclusive partnership brought their valuable friendship to the next level. Accompanied by the presence of French star and brand partner of Hautlence Eric Cantona, the event also saw the attendance of Mr Tay Liam Khoon, managing director of Cortina Watch Malaysia; Ms Sharon Lim, executive director of Pacific Time; Mr Bertrand Meylan, owner of Hautlence; Mr Edouard Meylan, CEO of H. Moser & Cie; Mr Jean-Marie Cantona; as well as members of the media and socialites.
On the collaboration, Mr Meylan shared, “We are very excited to expand our partnership with Cortina Watch by having this exclusive edition of HL Vagabonde Cortina Watch edition in rose gold and limited to only 5 pieces. Bound up with avant-garde taste in watchmaking, Hautlence has been producing watches with unprecedented designs. The HL Vagabonde Cortina Watch edition is no exception, bearing the same design code of Hautlence.
Inspired by the “wandering hours” system invented in the 18th century, HL Vagabonde Cortina Watch edition boasts a hypnotic silvered base dial, lying over a metal honeycomb pattern. The delicate piece is swaddled in an opulent 5N red gold case and has a matching navy blue leather strap.
Powered by HTL 205-1 self-winding calibre, the Swiss timepiece comprises an hour indicator that travels along a graduated scale to indicate the minutes. Its see-through case-back is engraved with the wordings of “Horlogerie Suisse”, signifying the top-of-the-line horological prowess invested in the valuable watch.
