The latest from Roger Dubuis’ Knights of the Round Table series arrives in the form of The Omniscient Merlin. With 56 blocks made from pink gold, glass and basalt, the dial recreates the Giant’s Causeway of Northern Ireland and is an ode to Merlin, the mythical wizard. Aside from that, it also features 12 micro-sculpted knights crafted from 18k pink gold, standing just 6mm tall. There are only 28 pieces available, which is unsurprising, judging by how intricate every facet of this watch is.
